How can i delete a wrong uploaded torrent?

No need to remove! Must be issued in accordance to the rules: http://en.metal-tracker.com/help/article/id/1.html and after uploading torrent to the server you should re-download it to the same directory where the original files are.

How do I increase my rating?? please help me!
