Hi iv'e recently discovered Skiltron seems to be just the style iv'e been hunting for for ages, does anyone know of other bands that feature bagpipes on the majority of tracks.. not interested in bands that use the odd sample here n there.

You should check out Suidakra, Their one of my favorite folk metal bands. A lot of their albums are based in Scottish/Irish mythology, and they use bagpipes pretty frequently, especially on their "Crogacht" album.

Another band I would recommend is Dalriada. They only sing in hungarian, but they feature a lot of bagpipes and other traditional folk instruments.
Krampus, Eluveite, Furor Gallico sometimes, Alestorm uses bagpipes too
