And all this talking about chicks, reminds me what I've eaten just a few hours ago...... COSCE DI POLLO CON PATATE = chicken legs with potatoes...... not exactly the ones in the picture, but somthing very similar......

mmm...... I was guest...... I'm not so "technical" in cooking, and this is something complicated for me ...... to be honest, I've never tried...... maybe it's not so complicated as it seems...... anyway, I can guess that the chicken was made IN CASSERUOLA = in a pot with potaoes and tomatoes...... believe me, it was very good
