It is delicious browned in wine sià bianco che rosso, addirittura con la birra gli dà quel sapore leggermente amaro che è la sua morte

It's good as hell but if you say "chicken made in booze" it seems to me something like a drunk chicken

Hahaha drunk one seems delicious too, although never ate a rooster yet
