this is CIMA ALLA GENOVESE = a "bag" of meat, filled with vegetables, eggs, other pieces of fat-meat, spices and all the stuff you want to put inside...... filled of all this stuff, closed and boiled with vegetables, and cut in thin slices......

well yeah sometimes to kill boredom you have to make some food, and then enjoy it, and then you would be happy, there is a saying in my country, that a full stomach equals a happy man ( in my language it rhymes) and another one that says a man without a big belly is worth nothing, also it makes more sense and rhymes in my language
