That's some (most) of the chili crap I have at the moment. I also have some dried+crushed stuff and chili-infused olive oil. Oughta get a bigger fridge.

ok so here is what I did on friday, had some friends over and made some honey mustard pork bbq ribs, and this is the setup I used to charcoal and vapor grill them, I only wish I found some aroma wood chunks, it would have given an extra edge of taste, and there is also a huge salad with balsamic vinegar sauce, and homemade honey mustard sauce, made some vinegar roasties (potatoes basically with a vinegar twist), and an appetizer that had a looot of cheese, but did not have a chance to photograph everything before it disappeared

so here are the photos i have:

oh and these were 2 pieces of pork ribs each weighting 2 kgs and took around 5 hours of grilling
