I don't know...... I mean...... the yellow stuff are potatoes, without any doubt...... but the roast is the first I've found with GOOGLE IMAGES and I don't know what kind it is...... a good one, anyway

Country Fried Steak, classic Southern cuisine, (Mississippi, etc area)
It is like the name implies, you make a steak and fry it, usually served with a gravy sauce.

Here is something that believe it or not I did not make, but I had when I was in Medugorje (Bosnia & Herzegovina), that's probably the best meal I have ever had, in 7 days I ordered it 4 or 5 times, since I had also tied almost everything else there, and cool thing is, (this is a T-bone Steak, with mushrooms onions potatoes and some spices btw
) that this meal plus 2 large beers would cost me around 15 euros, which was mindblowing, and it tasted heavenly

It's hard to believe that can exist some food that you have not cooked
anyway...... it's awesome...... I've been several times in Croatia, and I think that people from ex-Yugoslavia know a lot of how to cook great very good food
