RE: Any Prog Math Metal(Instrumental bands)?
from top of my mind i got 2 :Animals as Leaders (who are in my opinion are truly amazing) and Intervals ,there are actually plenty more of these instrumental "djent" bands, names just slipping.
But if you go on Youtube search for those 2 you will get plenty of others in the suggestion box on the right (with and without vocals)
(some bands like Tesseract have made limited edition releases which contain a second CD containing the album instrumental, those can be found here on site)

RE: Any Prog Math Metal(Instrumental bands)?
Maybe Try these fellas for kicks (Modern day Babylon)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4z9X0htC3mg
or this AMAZING fella (Cloudkicker)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hfm_ROTbUCw
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUWr3FXKCug
But do try a site called, Got-Djent.com
they have an alphabetic Band list, its HUGE!
(math/Djent seems to be the next big thing in metal, if it aint already...like what "Nu metal" was for the 90´s, Djent could be for the 10´s)
P.s: the dude that sang on Tesseract's Debut "one" Daniel Tompkins have kindly lended his vocal talents to an equal talented Indian Djent Band called Skyharbor ...worth a listen in my humble opinion
EDIT: all 3 bands can be found on this site

RE: Any Prog Math Metal(Instrumental bands)?
Try Anup Sastry, Andy James (it's rather progressive, than djent, but very tasty too), Shokran (first albums are instrumental), Shades of Black, Dorthal, Paul Wardingham (like Andy James), Soul Cycle, The Algorithm.
Also you could try to search at last.fm in similar artists. I found most instrumental djent bands this way
