I'm having the following problem with this torrent:

In random percentages of downloading, the following message appears:

*** Accept - Where Monsters Dwell - Live In Europe 28 Okt. '83 (Bootleg) (1983): PIECE 640 FAILED HASH CHECK

And, immediately after

 

Banned 76.64.52.239:42503 until forever

It's have been enormously painful to download to the point I've reachecd, exactly at 99,99%, just lacking the piece 640 (256 kb).

I asked uTorrent technical support about the issue, and here is the answer kindly provided:

This is not an uncommon error about torrents, specially the long ones, and the origin of the problem is the source file, it could be any of the following reasons: 1) The source file is corrupted some way. If you still want the file, no matter the corruption issue, delete the torrent (only the torrent) from list, double click the torrent file you downloaded, and check the box "skip hash check", and uncheck "start torrent" before clicking "OK". Once the torrent is in the download list as "stopped", right click the file, choose "force re-check" and after the re-checking is done, right click the file again and choose "start". You now should be able to download the file, but keep in mind that you are downloading a torrent with some kind of corruption in it, and its behavior could be erratic. 2) One or more files of the uploaded torrent  file (the one you've downloaded) has been updated/changed or completely deleted, thus changing the hash check of the file(s), so when uTorrent tries to download one or more pieces from the changed/updated torrent component(s) you get the error message, and the system assumes you're messing some way with the torrent and for security matters, you get automatically banned from the tracker. The only way to solve this issue would be to contact the torrent seeder and ask him to update the torrent with the changes made to its componet(s). If it is done, and the torrent is uploaded again correctly, you should be able to download it fairly. 3) The source file(s) that cause the error reside in a physical and/or logical damaged sector of the uploader hard disk. In this case, the only possible solution would be to ask the uploader (provided that you can do this), notify the issue, and ask to rebuild the torrent with a different name, assuming the torrent components are recoverable. Otherwise, your only chance you got is that another tracker has a similar torrent, or the same source files downloaded prior to the sector damaged, and that the torrent is being seeded.

I tried the first solution and it didn't work. I just hope that the second case is the correct one, and that the torrent can be updated to reflect any change on the file causing the problem, and that the torrent can be uploaded again.

Could anyone please check this issue and try to correct it? Thank you so much in advance!

Я обратился в техподдержку uTorrent по этому поводу, и вот любезно предоставленный ответ:

Это нередкая ошибка в торрентах, особенно в длинных, и источником проблемы является исходный файл, это может быть любая из следующих причин: 1) Исходный файл каким-то образом поврежден. Если вам все еще нужен файл, независимо от проблемы с повреждением, удалите торрент (только торрент) из списка, дважды щелкните загруженный торрент-файл и установите флажок «пропустить проверку хэша» и снимите флажок «запустить торрент» перед нажатием "ХОРОШО". Как только торрент появится в списке загрузок как «остановленный», щелкните файл правой кнопкой мыши, выберите «Принудительно перепроверить», а после завершения повторной проверки снова щелкните файл правой кнопкой мыши и выберите «Начать». Теперь вы сможете загрузить файл, но имейте в виду, что вы загружаете торрент с каким-то повреждением, и его поведение может быть неустойчивым. 2) Один или несколько файлов загруженного торрент-файла (того, который вы скачали) были обновлены/изменены или полностью удалены, что изменило проверку хэш-функции файла(ов), поэтому, когда uTorrent пытается загрузить один или несколько фрагментов из измененных/обновленных компонентов торрента вы получаете сообщение об ошибке, и система предполагает, что вы каким-то образом возитесь с торрентом, и из соображений безопасности вы автоматически блокируете доступ к трекеру. Единственный способ решить эту проблему — связаться с раздающим торрент и попросить его обновить торрент с изменениями, внесенными в его компоненты. Если это сделано, и торрент снова загружается правильно, вы должны быть в состоянии скачать его честно. 3) Исходный файл(ы), вызвавший ошибку, находится в физическом и/или логически поврежденном секторе жесткого диска загрузчика. В этом случае единственным возможным решением было бы попросить загрузчика (при условии, что вы можете это сделать), уведомить о проблеме и попросить пересобрать торрент с другим именем, при условии, что компоненты торрента можно восстановить. В противном случае ваш единственный шанс, что у вас есть другой трекер, имеет аналогичный торрент или те же исходные файлы, загруженные до повреждения сектора, и что торрент заполняется.

Я попробовал первое решение, и оно не сработало. Я просто надеюсь, что второй случай правильный,

и что торрент можно обновить, чтобы отразить любое изменение в файле, вызывающем проблему, и что торрент можно загрузить снова.
