You seem to be the expert when it comes to NS Black Metal.

I was wondering one of the bands you released was also in one of my German metal magazine but they were not called NS Black Metal but War Metal ... is it the same?!?

No it's not the same thing. "war metal" is an all-in-one definition that has been short-lived especially in Black Death, it seems to me. The NSBM is sure to be related to the artist's ideology, although many similarities in terms of music can bring these artists closer together, for example the particular use of the synthesizer etc.
