I would like to thank you for this post and Download.
I did have problems with .....and then there were three. First few tracks and final one had compatability issues. I opened them in a flac editor and resaved them and it fixed the issue. Just the ......and then there were three album. Could be me but I did download the album twice. Anyway fixed now.
