Let's not forget drummer Jacques "Shake" van Oevelen he was part from 1983 until the band disbanded in December 1987.

Jacques “Shake” van Oevelen passed away on 07 December 2016 at the age of 60. I had a very old vinyl dutch record called "Hard Rock Live" (https://www.discogs.com/release/2863021-Various-Hard-Rock-Live), Which had two tracks from Picture: "You Can Go" and my beloved "Bombers". I've been looking for the album that had these tracks in the Picture dicography, but unfortunately the discography starts in 1980, while these tracks seem to be from the 1977 - 1979 time period. I just hope this time I hit the correct album!
