Additional info: As best as I could determine, this seems to be the band 'Krome' from Chicago, USA. It was called 'Krom' until 1998 and then changed to 'Krome', [see note on MA page for the album Enough Rage (1998)] possibly to avoid confusion with other bands named Krom (of which there are a few).
