Great post!
As a matter of fact, they have lots of common places we've heard hudreds of times before, but this does not disqualify the band at all. I would rather prefer to think they have been a little slow getting their own pace and identity. And the common heavy metal places the do, they do well and professionally.
They deserve better, I think, than my respected colleague gave to them. Let's put it even at 6+/10, IMO.
