Chontaraz - Discography (2017 - 2025)

Cool! Hard to describe, it's not exactly in my usual wheelhouse. But great!

2017: I find the sound & music of this group refreshing! Their sound is clear, solid, heavy, and the musical style is somewhere between hard rock and heavy power metal, with vocals in English. I just awoke, so hopefully I'll have something more constructive to say after I've heard the next two albums (and bathed in coffee); if they're like 2017, or even better, this group will have a nice high rating from most listeners, in my humble opinion.

(...later..) I prefer 2017 over 2019 -- possibly there's more heaviness in 2017.

(...even later..) 2025 -- a little synth is in here, and also a blackened industrial feel to some tracks. Heaviiness is generally comparable to 2017, although a couple tracks are a bit more "progressive" and not quite heavy enough for me. Overall, quite enjoyable music. A nice discography, and one of very few "progressive" items I've enjoyed.. I think, 2017 is still my favorite.

Агрессивный индастриал с, как ни странно, с не менее агрессивным блэковым фрай-вокалом - чем не прогрессив. Для любителей сочетания редкосочитаемого.7\10
