Her name is written as 'Anneke van Giersbergen' so with a small 'v' in 'van', as per the Dutch spelling. Writing 'Van' with a capital is more common in Belgium, but her name would be written in the Dutch manner there as well.
Copied from her personal FB page. It's a pseudonym though. In the folder, on one of the pictures, where her real name is, not the pseudonym... it says exactly that.
