Зачем upconvert, если на бэндкампе альбом лежит бесплатно во FLAC и 320 MP3?
You don't need to download it here; just download it from Bandcamp. And it's not free—it costs at least a dollar. This version here is the same as the one on Bandcamp. Often, the quality there is just an upconvert.
