Not the same, very similar, but not the same. This one has cables as hair, the Stevens' has serpents as hair, the face is different and the instrument is placed to the right here and Stevens' is placed left.
However, as said, they are very similar, and IMHO, they seem to be from H.R. Giger, or at least, in the Giger style.
