they look like little cheese fried balls, right ?!? in Italy we made something like that using little balls of MOZZARELLA, and we call them MOZZARELLINE

In the US we have a place called Moe's Southwestern grill, best Mexican/SW food I've had from a store, granted I get 50% off the price.

They have these things called 'Stacks', a crunchy shell inside a soft tortilla



It's like a taco in a burrito, and it's awesome!

FRITTELLE DI BIANCHETTI = pancakes made with BIANCHETTI, eggs, flour and onions...... BIANCHETTI (little white) are tiny little baby fishes...... they are so little that they are all grey/white, and so the name...... BIANCHETTI...... little...... white......

It is a typical cheese of Friuli... I usually eat it with San Daniele ham and bread, but every time I eat it melted
It's delicious
