it's good for a man to hear a girl saying things like that
Anyway...... its a variation of PENNE ALL'ARRABBIATA, with olives and PANCETTA (bacon) but without tomatoes...... or, on another side, is a variation of PENNE AGLIO, OLIO E PEPERONCINO = penne with oil, garlic and red-hot-pepper, but with the add of olives and PANCETTA......

Don't you like FEGATO ALLA VENEZIANA ?!? you don't know what you're losing but don't be sad, my dear...... no problem, I'll make it my duty to eat it and the other stuff (RISOTTO, PASTA E FAGIOLI e BACALA') are also very good "piatti della tradizione veneta"
Well...... this is what I'm going to eat right now......
Looks good man, have a nice meal
But i bet you already ate that a while ago...

you're right and GARLIC = aglio, is one of that things I could never miss in my kitchen...... maybe you wouldn't believe me, but I eat a lot of garlic, even raw (per capirci...... crudo a spicchi interi )

Your girlfriend will be very happy
But come on, the positive side is that garlic is good for health (or so they say)

There is totally nothing wrong with eating garlic, also not with eating a huge amount of garlic just because it is freaking delicious!
Ate me a big plate of shoarma with a load of garlic sauce today.
Tomorrow my coworkers wont be happy smelling my breath
Though i don't think it smells bad, also not when smelling it on someones breath.
Elenis, what is the name of that bean and pasta dish? Looks pretty good and i looooove beans!

Simply pasta and beans
You can eat it hot or cold
I'll explain the process
You bring to boil the beans in salted water.
In another pan you prepare a fried with bacon (best ham fat), onion, celery, garlic, rosemary and parsley finely chopped. Add boiling water and quickly pour the beans from their first cooking broth. You add salt and let simmer for a long time the soup and then add the pasta (usually my grandmother uses "angel hair"). Remove from heat and let cool.
Ps: angel hair in Italy is "capelli d'angelo" e it's a type of pasta very similar to spaghetti, only the finest and long
