I feel you. Here we only have an Italian restaurant because this town was partly colonised by Italians, but any other ethnic food is a dream. I'd love to try every cuisine of the world, but I'd have to travel around the globe to do so. By the way, Turkish food looks goddamned tasty! (especially the döners)

anyway...... the cool thing is that here in Italy we have (obviously) a lot of italian restaurants, right ?! and we go 'round searching for the ethninc ones......

We had some leftover turkey slices and we used them to make pizza instead of ham, and we made another pizza that was surprisingly very good, it had tomato sauce funghi gruyere cheese brie cheese and rosemary leaves

I was so hungry I forget to take a photo

well zakk you should come see syrians over here, they run the damn country, but we still have some good restaurants, and as a plus it's always great to be a good chef (well it runs in the family)

Thats a huge plus lol wish I could do half the stuff you can make xD Hope I can someday taste it firsthand
