so this is one famous lebanese sweek called Knefe, and you pronounce the K and the N both, and...





it's eaten in the bun or in a plate without the bun, and it's served with sugar melted in rose water, plus water, boiled for some time, then let it cool, the desert itself is made primarily of cheese among other ingredients

RISOTTO CON PANCETTA E FONTINA = rice with little cubes of bacon and fontina, that is a wonderful tasty italian cheese simple but awesome
