As good italian I love pasta, especially spaghetti with tomato sauce and spaghetti alla carbonara.

But I also love Chinese food

I just hate that taste, can not get used to it.
But then again i had to learn to eat pesto as well.
Now i like it on a pizza for example.

PESTO ?? maybe did you say PESTO ?? it's incredible...... PESTO is another traditional dressing from the part of Italy where I live

usually it is used to dress TRENETTE that are a kind of pasta or TROFIE (that you see in the second picture), together with potatoes and green beans...... man...... it's wonderful......

CARNE CRUDA BATTUTA AL COLTELLO = raw meat knife-chopped...... something absolutely delicious I like it with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, thin pieces of Parmigiano cheese and rucola salad......

Hahaha where did I put that drooling gif looks like I need at least 5 years in italy to fully appreciate the cuisine!

5 years are not enough I'm 36 years old and still I'm not satisfied of eating
